Transfer Thursdays
Prospective transfer students are invited to attend a Business School Information Session, held on Thursdays from 1:45pm until 2:30pm in Mary Gates Hall Room 171. The main admissions session for the University is held at 2:30 in the same location. Transfer Thursdays will not be held on UW holidays.

Appointments
If you can't make it on a Thursday, call our office at (206-685-3400) to make an appointment to meet with an academic adviser, who will set aside 30 minutes to talk about your academic plans.

UW Tours
The University conducts campus walking tours for prospective students twice a day -- at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. -- Monday through Friday (except for UW Holidays). Tours leave from Schmitz Hall, 3rd floor lobby, and last 60-90 minutes. Group of 20 or more should make reservations at least four weeks in advance.

If you prefer to take a self-guided tour, you can pick up A Campus Walk at the Office of Admissions, 320 Schmitz Hall (M-F, 8-5), or at the Odegaard Undergraduate Library (OUGL) Front Desk during hours of operation.

Classroom Visits
The UW publishes a drop-in course list, which shows classes that welcome visitors. You can download the list from the University's Campus Visits page.

Application Workshops
The application deadline for applying to the undergraduate program of the Foster School of Business is April 5th for autumn and October 5th for winter. (Please note that the UW application deadline is earlier.)

We hold application workshops in the weeks before an application deadline and we encourage you to attend one of these workshops if you are interested in applying to the program. The workshop schedule will be posted on our Prospective Students page as soon as it is available.
