U.S.News & World Report ranks the University of Washington Business School in the highest tier of national schools for job placement of Full-time MBA graduates at three months (#6 out of 391 business schools). The UW Business School’s 95.8% placement rate was higher than the #1-ranked business school in Best Graduate Schools 2007.
The UW Business School's MBA Program is ranked 11th among public schools and 29th overall in U.S.News & World Report — moving up from 51st overall in 2000. UW MBA business specialties are ranked as follows:
Business Involvement
- 200 or more executives each year speak in the classroom, participate in lectures and interact with students
- More than 200 business leaders on 12 advisory boards help keep the curricula and programs innovative and relevant
- Up to 70 high-level executives — including CEOs, CFOs and CMOs — along with many UW alumni provide mentoring and coaching for MBA students
- Close to 100 percent of MBA students participate in summer internships

- 34 percent of MBA students are international students representing 19 countries
- The MBA Program has exchange partnerships with 18 universities in Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East
