CONSTRUCTION UPDATES
PACCAR Hall Construction Begins
Sellen Construction is expected to begin demolition work on the hardscape (which means they will be using jackhammers) starting tomorrow, October 7. For construction updates, please refer to the Foster School intranet site. Additionally, the MBA Program Office will be making periodic announcements throughout the year, during the Monday morning coffee time, to keep you informed of important details. Advance notice of these announcement dates/times will be emailed to you.

EVENING MBA DINNERS
Throughout the year, the MBA Program Office plans to host some dinners for Evening MBA students each quarter during the 5-6:00pm hour. The purpose of the dinners is to provide a time for networking and conversation with your colleagues and also to give the MBA Program Office an opportunity for announcements and/or feature aspects of the program. The upcoming dinners in October will include presentations on two certficates that are available for evening students: Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Global Business. Mark your calendars for the dates below and plan to join us for dinner, conversation, and presentations.

FINAL REMINDER: CARD CODING FOR LOUNGE ACCESS
If you haven't had the opportunity to get your Husky Card coded for MBA Lounge access, please have this done at your earliest convenience. The access code (provided at the beginning of orientation) will become invalid October 13. To have your card coded, please bring your Husky Card to the MBA Program Office front desk during office hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

ACADEMIC ANNOUNCEMENTS
Registration in Autumn Quarter Elective Classes
Unrestricted drop period: October 1-7. A late change fee of $20 will be charged for each day you make changes and you may be charged a tuition forfeiture if you change your number of credits. (See Tuition Forfeiture for details.) However, classes dropped through October 7 will not appear on your transcript as a withdrawal. International Students note: There are additional restrictions for you relating to dropping classes. Check with the ISS if you have questions. |

If you intend to complete your degree requirements in autumn quarter, you need to apply for graduation with the UW Graduate School by November 16. If you wish to check the requirements that remain for you to complete your degree, please email mbaregis and we will do a degree check. |
