required to apply to both Yonsei University and University
of Washington. To receive application materials for
Yonsei University please visit http://sim.yonsei.ac.kr.
All students accepted to Yonsei’s Sangnam Institute
of Management will automatically be forwarded University
of Washington graduate application materials.
The admission process begins in
May with applications being accepted through the end
of September.
Selection Criteria
Applicants should hold mid-level
or senior management positions and have five or more
years of increasingly responsible work experience, including
three to four years of experience managing others. On
average, participants in the program have eleven years
of work experience including seven years of management.
Candidates' work accomplishments and letters of recommendation
should provide evidence of their potential for senior
management.
Sponsorship
Students who will receive full or
partial sponsorship from their employer must submit
a statement of support from their employer. E-mail the Global Executive MBA office for details.
GMAT Info
The Graduate Management Admission
Test (GMAT) is not required for the GEMBA program.

TOEFL Information
All prospective students from non-English
native speaking countries are required to take the TOEFL
and obtain a minimum score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based) to be admitted into
the GEMBA program. For more information on the TOEFL
visit the Web site at www.toefl.org.
Students whose TOEFL score is below 580 (paper based) or 237 (computer based) must take additional
English language classes, paid by the student, to fulfill
the UW language requirements.
